Jen Shah will continue to let the cameras roll on her legal woes, PEOPLE has confirmed.

She and assistant Stuart Smith were arrested in March 2021 for allegedly targeting individuals in a massive fraud operation.

Both Shah and Smith, 43, originally pleaded not guilty, but he eventually pleaded guilty later that year. Smith has not yet been sentenced.
