Jamie Foxx Admits How He Got Cameron Diaz to Come Out of Acting Retirement
People haven't recovered from the news that Cameron Diaz is coming out of acting retirement
Jamie Foxx has revealed how he convinced his former Annie co-star to get back into the business.
While talking with ET, Foxx opened up about the upcoming Netflix film, Back in Action, in which he and Diaz will star together.
“Cameron is such an incredible force and she has done so much in this business,” he said. “We love her.”
Jamie Foxx then revealed the method he used to get the actress to join the project, and it didn't seem like it took as much of a push as people thought.
“It was literally, ‘Do you wanna have some fun? Just have some fun!’” Foxx said. “And I think that's what brought her to it.”
