Hailey Bieber Earns Small Victory In Lawsuit Over 'Rhode' Skincare Line Name
Hailey Bieber has scored a small win in the lawsuit over her Rhode skin care line.
The 24-year-old model was sued over the name of her brand by Rhode, a fashion label.
Fashion brand Rhode claimed copyright infringement and said that Hailey‘s line “could easily wash away all the hard work they’ve put into their brand.”
Owners Purna Khatau and Phoebe Vickers, who founded Rhode NYC in 2013, also say that Hailey‘s own Rhode logo looks very similar to the one they have.
In the new update, a judge has ruled that Hailey will be allowed to promote her skincare line despite the lawsuit.
This will allow Hailey and her team to release the video and still promote the skincare line as the lawsuit continues.
