Popular Korean pop boy band BTS is meeting with President Biden next week to "discuss Asian inclusion and representation"

"President Biden and BTS will also discuss the importance of diversity

BTS’ platform as youth ambassadors who spread a message of hope and positivity across the world," the White House said.

The meeting coincides with Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AAPI), which runs through the end of May.

They’ll also share how their platform as “youth ambassadors… spread[s] a message of hope and positivity across the world.”

BTS will join President Joe Biden at the White House on Tuesday, May 31st in celebration of Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander Month
