Amber Heard Asks for Johnny Depp Verdict to Be Tossed Out

Amber Heard is filing a new motion.

The 36-year-old Aquaman actress’ lawyers have filed a 43-page motion in court regarding the Johnny Depp defamation trial verdict

In which she was found guilty of three defamation claims.

Now, she is asking a judge in Virginia to toss out the verdict.

Amber‘s lawyers claimed in the paperwork that the judgment wasn’t supported by the evidence presented during the trial.

Johnny “proceeded solely on a defamation by implication theory, abandoning any claims that Ms. Heard’s statements were actually false.”
