Twitter is working on a new feature for the app and it’s called the “CoTweet” feature. Social media accounts always making amendments to their apps and bringing out new features. We have Twitter already giving this CoTweet feature to some users to try. This new feature actually lets one user involve the other user while tweeting. However, the feature is yet not available to all.

Twitter gets a new feature CoTweet
Twitter for quite some time has been working on its new feature that’s called CoTweet. While this feature has something amazing for the users. It actually lets one user tweet something and gets another user of the app to become the co-author for the tweet. Basically, it’s a feature about a collab of a tweet.
The feature has some limitations though. As you’ll get an option for the app. You can CoTweet with the user and add the other user of Twitter only the one who wants to get added for the tweet. Further, you will also have to see if the other user is having a public account or not and if someone follows you or not in order to CoTweet with them.
Twitter’s CoTweet feature is on test
Though the CoTweet feature of Twitter is out. Yet it isn’t available for all right now. The reason behind this is that usually social media accounts bring a feature for trial among selected users and when everything goes fine. Then only it goes to be available for all.
Hence, we do have some of the users at present having this feature in their Twitter app. But it would be available for all only if it passes its trial well. As such currently only users from selected regions of the US, Korea, and Canada are having feature available.

The coTweet feature will let you add only one user at a time for having as a co-author. Further, you can have the post retweeted, the quote tweeted too. However, you can’t have the promoted except for the original author of the tweet. Who can pin their CoTweet?
In case, someone sends you an invite to become a co-author and you don’t wish to be a part of it. Then you can decline the invite too. In fact, if you don’t want to get the again then you can block the user too. Most importantly, if after accepting the invite for, you don’t want to be a co-author in the CoTweet then you get the option to revoke the invitation. After which it will become a regular tweet.
