It was not an easy task to get her away. And many people from the store were also insisting on her to stop saying things that are not true. But the scene became worse when people were trying to stop her. A customer in the video can be seen taking the stand, but the lady shut him off by cursing him and saying about bringing her lawyer to protect her. She many times showed her finger to the camera when Ken was recording the video.

Store employees also came forward and asked her to stay away and leave. And at that time it all cooled down when she left the store. Benoit Charette, after seeing the video said about how he felt after seeing the video. He was referring to this video and scene as sad and shocking. And how he thinks these things are not allowed in Quebec. For now, the matter came to a pause as Ken is not going forward with a case or something. But he truly felt threatened by the incident.
