Battlefield 2042 Release Date delayed by nearly a month – What did the team say?

Battlefield 2042 video game will be delayed – Yes! EA announces the first-person (multi-player) Battlefield game is postponing to November 19th. Previously, EA announces the game will be released on October 22nd. But now, due to the ongoing pandemic situation, the delay is pushing further. They would have launched it already. But, the sudden surge of Delta Variant of COVID-19 made the development officers work from home. 

Moreover, not only Battlefield 2042 delayed giant companies like Apple and Facebook are also delaying to resume work from the office. 

Battlefield 2042 delayed to 19th November 2021:

In a Twitter statement, EA DICE CEO Oskar Gabrielson said, Due to ongoing unforeseen situation, the game is getting delayed. The situation to get a large volume and to add variety to the mix, the team hoped for getting back to the studio towards the launch of the game. Unfortunately, the conditions undergoing might not be safe now. In addition to that, everyone is hard working from home. And, they see this extra time to deliver on the vision of Battlefield 2042 to the players.

The statement attributes that Battlefield 2042 consists of EA DICE, The Criterion Games, Ripple Effect, and EA Gothenburg has promised its updates on Battlefield 2042 later in September. It denotes that, for the fans, the game’s enthusiasm is more and it inspires them. Hence, they thank the fans and players for their kind and patience as they are doing some finishing touches to the game. 

What about other Shooting games?

As Battlefield 2042 announces it’s nearly a month delay for release. Now, it goes beyond the game Call of Duty: Vanguard, from its other competitor, The Activision-Owned Sledgehammer Games, and The makers of Call of Duty: WWII (2017). Whatever said so, Battlefield 2042 release is going ahead to Halo Infinite.
