On Wednesday the proposal was passed by Maharashtra Government. In order to provide quality education. And a healthy environment in the government schools.

Cabinet approves the fund of Rs 494 crore

The main objective behind the proposal is to give quality education. And equal benefits to poor students. These “model schools” will provide training to develop the skills needed in the 21st century. A fund of Rs. 494 crore will be allocated for this purpose. The Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) said in a statement.

It was stated that the quality of education needs to be improved. In spite of it is also important to improve basic services. Such as bathrooms, drinking water, playgrounds, good classrooms, schools, sports equipment, science laboratories, libraries.

Development of Science

CMO also shows a green flag to this proposal. To establish Bharat Ratna Rajiv Gandhi Vigyan Avishkar Nagari. The location is in the forest zone at Pimpri Chinchwad in the Pune region. Besides the development of science among students.

The project will appear in the next five years. Rs 191 crore has been authorized through the Centrally funded program.

The Hight Court Order:

The High Court announced the exception in reopening for Government Residential Schools, Social Welfare Schools, and Tribal welfare Schools with hostel facilities.
The Court ordered the school management should not compel if the parents of students are not ready to send their children to offline classes.
After serious discussion, keeping the points like the children’s mind suffered due to pandemic, their lowered educational knowledge due to no schools amid covid waves, the decision taken by High Court.

Institutions Should follow strict protocols:

On August 23, the Telangana government decided to resume physical classes to all private and government educational institutions in the state along with strict COVID 19 precautionary measures like sanitation drives and wearing of masks, and carrying hand sanitizers is compulsory.

On August 30, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao instructed officials of panchayat and municipal educational departments to sanitize all educational institutions and residents.

Telangana reopens Schools in Phases:

Covid cases came down significantly across the state. So the education department proposed to reopen institutions from Class 8th to college level in the first phase from September 1. Whereas, From Class 1st till 7th the physical classes will be conducted in the second phase.

Offline and Online Classes:

The Court requested that school management could decide to have either only offline/online or both offline and online classes. It further assisted the authorities to frame established procedures for conducting offline classes.

Chief Minister of the state, K Chandrashekar Rao after conducting a serious discussion with the medical and health team, the reports show that for conducting offline classes, the COVID 19 situation is much and under control than the previous situations. Gradually, The public moment is coming to normalcy.

Court order to School Managements:

Any undertaking derived from parents by any school management excusing the school management of any responsibility if the school-going child gets infected with the virus, while in school, shall not have any legal consequence, said a government communication updated after the court order.

Telangana Governor:

Telangana Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan visited the Raj Bhavan School to see the provisions made for the reopening. She said students are happily coming to the school and she asked about authorities about the sanitized premises.

Education minister P. Sabitha Indra Reddy:

The minister visited a government school in Vijayanagar Colony. She surveyed all measures to ensure sanitization of the school premises. She confirmed 40 % of the students were present in school on the first day.
The state’s minister analyzed that Out of 60 Lakh School students, 20 lakh students are attending government schools. In that, 2.5 lakh are new admissions in government schools across the state for the academic year 2021.

After 11 months, the state educational institutions had resumed in February month 2021. A sudden jump in Covid-19 cases of the second wave made institutions shut down from March 24. However, throughout this year, Online classes happened for students. Due to pandemic outbursts for a second sequential year, classes 1st till 10th no exams were conducted. Hence, all students advanced to the next standard.

 CM Yogi Adityanath has decided

The government led by Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh has started preparations to implement a unique scheme of its kind for the students. Under this scheme, the government will provide one-time assistance to the students to purchase uniforms, books and shoes.

Recently, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken this decision while taking information about his work from the departments.

New initiative of its kind

The UP board has about 40 lakh students in government and aided schools in Uttar Pradesh. There are five lakh students in government inter colleges. The government is preparing that the benefit of the scheme will be provided directly to the students and there is no scope for any intervention in between.

Basic education department procures uniforms and books in council schools. The Yogi government is going to take this new initiative at the secondary level.

Coaching for diffrent competitive exams will be free

In the first part, it will be in 18 zone of  headquarters of the state, where online and offline both kind of coaching will be provided to the competive exam aspirant. Educational infrastructure of various universities and colleges are going to be used to provide free coaching to aspirants in the state. A CM is going to arrange a panel which will help and regular these function.

Free coaching will guide for various exams, including, NEET, IIT JEE, NDA, CDS and UPSC exams.

CM Adityanath said, the coaching centers will give a new platform to the youth and inspire them to take a new flight and take them to new heights.

Physical and Virtual Classes under Abhyudaya

Furthermore, Chief Minister also said that under the Abhyudaya, students would be offered both online as well as virtual classes to aid their preparation for various competitive exams.

For conduction of physical classes as part of Abhyudaya Coaching Scheme by Cheif minister, students educational infrastructure of various universities and colleges would be used.
