Tom Felton Left in Tears

On November 16, 2021 “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” hit the theatres to celebrate the 20th anniversary of ‘Harry Potter’. The fans were given the best holiday present by HBO Max – a special reunion. Two hours of a reunion featuring almost the entire original cast.

Many young members cast joined Radcliffe, Watson, and Grint who have their own unique experiences. Because the movie continues for almost a decade and they have grown up in the film.

Felton revealed that although many stories were funny, special as well as heart-warming. But one deleted scene almost brought him into tears. The scene was with his on-screen father.

Working with Isaac was described first as a treat by Tom Felton. He reconsider it by saying that it was not always the case. The actor could suddenly switch to the most unfriendly horrible person. Apparently, from one of the first moments shot for the series by Isaacs. The old actor rap Felton by using his cobra cane as he tried to touch something in the store.

Isaacs admitted, “I didn’t know how sharp the teeth were… and they went right into little Tom’s hand.” He added, “And he looked up at me and his eyes welled with tears.” Isaacs immediately apology was accepted by Tom Felton.

TMZ was informed about Black’s arrest by his lawyer, Bradford Cohen. The lawyer told Black was arrested but it was a bogus bust. He further added the arrest was based from 4 months ago on the cease-or-desist letter. Cohen added, “Kodak just went to his old neighborhood of Greenacres to chill with his buddies. At the same time, also to pay off credit card debt for 5 families residing in the same area.”

However, the rapper was taken into custody by the police there. Saying that Black violated the letter that was issued by the Local Housing Authority.

Squid Game Season 2 Expected Plot

The plot of the second season can be hinted at by the words of its director-writer, Hwang Dong-hyuk, the brain behind this globally popular South Korean thriller drama “Squid Game”. In an online interview, Hwang said that the story of Gi-hun (Lee Jung-Jae) would be featured. Gi-hun is the one who winned this deadly game crossing all the levels. He said during his L.A. Q&A appearance,  that Gi-hun is going to be back and he would do something for the world. Hwang said that he was in a brainstorming stage currently. Who is Jared Polis?

Jared Polis is a Colorado governor. He is an American politician, entrepreneur, education leader, and public servant.

On Thursday, Jared Polis announced the reduction of a truck driver, Rogel Aguilera Mederos sentence from 110 years to 10 years.

Under the new sentence, Mederos will be eligible for parole in five years. Mederos is a 26-year-old man.
Polis stated, “ I am writing to inform you that I am granting your application for a commutation. I believe you deserve clemency for several reasons. You were sentenced to 110 years in prison, effectively more than a life sentence, for a tragic but unintentional act.”

Polis further informed that the sentence was not commensurate with the driver’s actions. Nor with penalties handed down to other firms similar crimes.

In December, Mederos was sentenced to 110 years. It was due to a result of 27 separate charges and the strongest of them felony assault.

Mederos was driving a tractor-trailer in Lakewood on Interstate 70. This incident took place on April 25, 2019. It was west of Denver and suddenly his brakes got failed during rush-out traffic. Mederos was driving eastbound out of the Rocky Mountains. All of a sudden, he was unable to stop. Eventually, his truck got out of his control and barreled through several vehicles in a wreck. This incident killed four people.

During his sentence hearing, Mederos said a tearful statement. He said, “It hurts, I ask God too many times why them and not me? Why did I survive that accident?”

As the millions of people, including Kim Kardashian petitioned in support of Aguilera-Mederos. The Court has been asked by the District Attorney to reconsider the case. As a result, the judge agreed on it, on Monday.

In his clemency letter, Polis stated, At the end of the day, this arbitrary and unjust sentence was the result of a law of Colorado. That has been passed by the legislature and signed by a prior Governor. It is not the fault of the judge who handed down the mandatory sentence required by the law in this case.”

A Police Officer Footage Putting His Hand Around a Woman’s Neck

In the short video, we can see a young woman and a police officer. It is seen that the argument was going on between the woman and two police officers. The woman was arguing about going to a concert by Jack Harlow.

One of the officers interrupted her. The officer put his hand around the woman’s neck. Also, he grabbed her by arm. Before regaining composure and continuing her sentence, the woman yells at the officer to stop.

After the officer commanded her to stop yelling in his face. The woman said, “Y’all are acting like I’m doing something bad.”

Jack Harlow Calls for Firing of Police Officer

On Wednesday, December 29, Harlow shared a clip on his Instagram account. He mentioned Atlanta as a location. It was that place only, where one day prior, Harlow performed at the Cola-Cola Roxy.

In the caption of his Instagram clip posted by him, Harlow noted related to the footage. Harlow told that he got to know about the incident long after the concert ended. Even he got aware of it just hours before posting the clip.

Harlow added that he was disgusted by that cop. He wanted to do something good for the woman immediately.

Jack Harlow continued in his caption, “ I told the world to help me identify her so I could find a way to give her a hug and give her as many tickets to as many shows as she wants.” Further, it was written that he wanted to do something good for the girl. But it is not a solution or enough to a systematic issue that people who don’t look like him, had to face.

Harlow further continued, “The next step is identifying this police officer and getting him unemployed as fast as we can. Assaulting a young woman and putting his hands on her neck is sickening. I look out in the crowd every night and see black women in my front row…screaming my lyrics, traveling to see me, supporting me, riding for me.”

Harlow was so disappointed by the incident that he wrote his heart out through a long caption. It was further added, that he is sorry to all the women and the black woman. Harlow wants them to be protected. Even, he added that he wanted the officer to lose his job fast.

In the last line, he added, “I love you. Let’s find this officer.”

The Proceeding Of The Case

Taylor Swift filed a motion to dismiss the case over plagiarism allegation that has been put on her. She also mentioned that this kind of case has never been allowed by any other court for the trial. On December 9, Michael W. Fitzgerald, the U.S District judge denied Swift’s motion. By finding it as a genuine dispute and asking for a trial to help it resolve.

Fitzgerald said that there were enough objective similarities in the tracks of the two songs for the case to move forward. He opined that trial was the best way to look into the case. Also to decide whether the similarities in the lyrics of the two songs were enough to meet the threshold of copyright infringement.

Taylor Swift’s And Hall & Butler’s Lawyers Statements On The Case

Peter Anderson, Taylor Swift’s attorney argued that both songs use versions of two public domains. Which are meant to be free to use for anybody. He also suggested that. “Otherwise, Plaintiffs could sue everyone who writes, sings, or publicly says ‘players gonna play. ‘haters gonna hate’ alone with other tautologies,”.  He said that the extrinsic test in copyright law. The one which distinguishes between the protected and unprotected work in an individual’s work was not included in the judge’s findings.

Gerard Fox, the lawyer representing Hall and Butler, told for Swift’s motion,  “We feel there is no basis for reconsideration.  This is just a music mogul. Her machine trying to deny our client justice by outspending a fellow lower-income artist. Uncool among artists.”
 
 For reconsideration of Swift’s request,  a hearing on February 7 is scheduled in Los Angeles.
