Thomas Partey to have MRI scan for injury

Mikel Arteta announced that Thomas Partey will have an MRI scan after being injured during the match against Manchester City.

The Midfielder, Thomas Partey, began the FA Cup match against Manchester City on Friday but was replaced by Albert Sambi Lokonga during halftime due to injury.

Thomas Partey, an important player for Arsenal who is currently leading the Premier League, 

has a history of injuries and his latest setback could potentially be detrimental for the team, despite their current position.

According to Arteta, Thomas Partey was experiencing discomfort that was getting worse during the game on Friday.

Arteta stated that Partey was unable to continue playing because of discomfort, and he will have an MRI scan soon to determine the extent of his injury.

Brighton rejected Arsenal's £60 million offer for midfielder Moises Caicedo this week, as Brighton is trying to get £80 million for him.
