Sheree Zampino is standing in support with ex-husband, Will Smith.
Months after the 53-year-old actor, and Best Actor Oscar winner, slapped Chris Rock on stage at the 2022 Academy Awards, Sheree is speaking out on the situation.
While speaking to The Daily Mail in a new interview, Sheree revealed that she supports Will and his journey.
“I hope people allow [Will] to be human,” she shared. “I really hope for that because I stand in support of him, we are on good terms.”
Sheree added, “You cannot heal without forgiveness.”
Just recently, Will issued a new apology video over the incident, and in it, he reveals he reached out to Chris personally to amend for his actions.
