Paris Jackson shares rare dad details: Michael was ‘free-love, hippie-type dude’
The daughter of pop legend Michael Jackson - Paris - shares rare memories of her father as well as the story of the wisdom he gave her
Paris Jackson opened up about her dad in a rare interview and said he was a “free-love, hippie-type dude”
“I was raised by a free-love, hippie-type dude, so we were taught that beauty comes from the inside — and to this day, I still believe that,” Paris said in an interview released Thursday
Despite this, for many years Paris expressed herself through tattoos and piercings and recently became interested in making up.
“All of the experiences that I’ve had in the last few years have gotten me to that point,” Paris says. “I appreciate the artistry behind it.”
Paris explains that growing up in the eyes of society as part of one of the most famous entertainment families led her to a complex relationship with beauty.
“Recently, I’ve learned how to cope with it all by practicing self-love and affirmations and diving deeper into my spiritual life,” Jackson shared.
