Pagar filed a lawsuit in February, claiming he was attacked for enforcing basic property rental rules at his place

According to the lawsuit, which was filed in Feb, the rapper told his pal to get off of the rule-enforcer, but punched Pagar in the face and knocked out a tooth, TMZ reports
